Lyrics
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music, yeah
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music, yeah
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music
I like funky music, yeah
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music
I like funky music, yeah
Why don't you do that dance
Upon Sesame Street
That's where the population
Knows how to party
We come from my surround
From every part of town
And every night when we boogie down
That's what we say
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music, yeah
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music, yeah
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music
I like funky music, yeah
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music
I like funky music, yeah
This all you gotta do
If you wanna duke
Get off to number two
Where the music is spreadin'
We'll never get enough
Enough of that funky stuff
And if you ain't got that feeling
Then try some funk disc
Funky music sho'nuff turns me on
Funky music sho'nuff turns me on
So when the afternoon sun
Started to goin' down
That's when the groovy sound
Goes on forever
Just take a ten to ten
Then take a ten again
Cos' it never gets any better than Saturday night
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music
I like funky music, yeah
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music
I like funky music, yeah
Funky music on the dancing hall
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music
I like funky music, yeah
Funky music sho'nuff turns me on
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music
I like funky music, yeah
Funky music sho'nuff turns me on
I like funky music, yeah
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music, yeah
I like funky music, baby
I like funky music
I like funky music, yeah
