About "Scriabin: Mazurka in E Minor, Op. 25, No. 3" by Bella Davidovich
Scriabin's early Mazurka finds Davidovich in tender, searching mode. The E Minor piece sways with a nostalgic lilt, its chromatic sighs like shadows lengthening across a ballroom floor. There's a delicate tension between folk-rooted dance and the composer's nascent harmonic restlessness.
