About This Song
About "Masson" by Maricopa
Named for a French town but sounding like a memory, 'Masson' drifts in a haze of tape hiss and muted keys. Maricopa builds tension through restraint—each loop a gentle tug between nostalgia and the urge to move on, never quite resolving.
