About "Scum" by Anti Nowhere League
The title track is a sneering indictment, spitting contempt at society's dregs while embracing the label. Chunky, mid-tempo punk with a menacing swagger, 'Scum' finds perverse nobility in the gutter. The tension lies in the defiance: is it self-loathing or a badge of pride? Both.
