About This Song
About "Love is Strange" by Buck Owens
Buck Owens wraps paradox in a Bakersfield shuffle: love, usually a warm hearth, becomes a strange, flickering neon sign. The pedal steel sighs against his steady baritone, a calm surface over restless currents—familiar devotion rendered suddenly foreign, like a roadside motel where the key doesn't fit.
