About "Tarantella (Arr. for Guitar Quartet by Michael Baker)" by Aquarelle Guitar Quartet
Four nylon strings conjure a spider's frantic courtship: the tarantella's whirling 6/8 pulse, delivered with chamber precision. Aquarelle's arrangement turns folk dance into clockwork, each plucked note a leg twitching—joyous on the surface, a faint tremor of obsession beneath.
