About This Song
About "When You Got Love" by Carl Douglas
A sunlit burst of blue-eyed soul, 'When You Got Love' rides a buoyant bass and bright horns. Douglas's voice is all earnest swagger, celebrating love as a force that lifts the ordinary into something golden. It's pure, unironic joy with a groove.
