About This Song
About "Lavapiés" by Alejandro Paz
A love letter to Madrid's chaotic heart, 'Lavapiés' pulses with the friction of multicultural streets. Paz chops vocal fragments into a dizzying loop, while a rubbery bassline keeps the track grounded. The tension between community and gentrification hums beneath the surface, making this both a celebration and a warning.
