About This Song
About "Leaving (Seal The Link)" by Chino Mcgregor
A farewell sealed with a bassline: 'Leaving (Seal The Link)' is reggae as ritual departure. The groove is steady, almost ceremonial, but McGregor's tone carries the ache of a door closing. Horns sigh; the link is sealed, yet the echo lingers like a fingerprint.
