About "Dizzy Spells of Summer (Mix Cut)" by Andrew Pekler
Summer turns vertiginous in Pekler's hands: 'Dizzy Spells' spins ambient electronic loops into a heat-haze of unease. The title promises warmth, but the mix-cut delivers a wobbling, sunstroke calm—beauty and disorientation swirling in a slow, hypnotic spiral.
