About This Song
About "Wampus Kitty" by Tony Joe White
A back-porch ghost story with a groove, 'Wampus Kitty' slinks through minor-key shadows. White's guitar prowls like the titular creature—playful yet predatory—while the rhythm section keeps a nervous, twitching pulse.
