About "Evacuate" by Chelsea
Chelsea's 'Evacuate' is a clenched fist of UK punk from the early '80s, all jagged riffs and urgent bark. The title commands flight, and the song delivers panic and defiance in equal measure—a siren wail against the concrete, capturing the era's raw, restless energy without a wasted second.
