About "The Falcon: II. Lento" by John Rutter
The second movement of Rutter’s ‘The Falcon’ is a slow, hovering meditation. Strings and choir suspend time, evoking a bird poised mid-air. Beneath the lento calm, a subtle unease: the falcon’s stillness is not peace but predatory patience. Beauty with a hidden claw.
