About "24 Preludes, Op. 28 : Chopin: 24 Preludes, Op. 28: No. 9 in E Major. Largo" by Christoph Eschenbach
Eschenbach lets Chopin's E Major Largo breathe like a slow, heavy sigh—a single candle flickering in a vast, dark hall. The brief prelude holds a solemn stillness that feels both elegiac and strangely suspended, grief and grace locked in a quiet embrace.
