About This Song
About "Slim's Thing" by Willie Dixon
An instrumental strut, 'Slim's Thing' is Dixon's bass leading a loose, late-night jam. The guitar snaps and the drums shuffle, a conversation without words. The tension: a groove that's all swagger and no destination, a moment of pure, unbothered cool that feels like it might fall apart at any second.
