About This Song
About "Numbers" by The Adicts
Counting down like a clock ticking toward chaos, this track pulses with wiry, nervous energy. Numbers become a mantra of conformity and control, rattled off with manic precision. The Adicts find tension between rigid order and the wild-eyed urge to break the sequence apart.
