About "Statement (Live at Brixton Academy, 4/18/1987)" by Conflict
Closing with intent, 'Statement' distills Conflict's manifesto into sonic fury. The live version is a pressure cooker—calm, spoken-word passages give way to explosive riffs, the title itself a declaration of unease made permanent, punk's uncompromising voice echoing off Brixton's walls.
