About "Messa da Requiem: Kyrie" by Chor Der Bamberger Symphoniker
The 'Kyrie' from Donizetti's Requiem is a plea carved in marble: soaring soprano lines, dark choral harmonies, and a tension between supplication and dread. The Bamberg choir renders it with both operatic drama and sacred restraint.
