About "Piano Concerto No. 2 in G Major, Op. 44: III. Allegro con fuoco" by Berliner Philharmoniker
The finale of Tchaikovsky’s Second Piano Concerto erupts with fiery, folk-inflected energy—a whirlwind of virtuosity and rhythmic drive. Yet amid the blaze, lyrical passages offer brief respite, like sunlight through smoke. The tension is between abandon and control, the pianist racing toward a breathless, joyous finish.
