About This Song
About "L'absent" by Jean Claude Pascal
Jean-Claude Pascal's 'L'absent' is a ghost story told in minor key. The melody drifts like fog through an empty house, each verse a room where someone used to be. There's a dignified sorrow here—a calm acceptance of absence that makes the heart ache with its quiet, persistent emptiness.
