About "Chopin: Waltz No. 10 in B Minor, Op. 69 No. 2" by Alice Sara Ott
Chopin's B-minor waltz: a slow, circling sorrow. Ott lets the melody linger and dissolve, each return a little heavier than the last. It's a dance remembered rather than danced, the elegance carrying an undertow of resignation — beauty that knows it is already passing.
