About This Song
About "La Wally / Act I : Catalani: La Wally / Act I: "Ebben? Ne andrò lontana"" by Anna Netrebko
Catalani's 'Ebben? Ne andrò lontana' becomes a solitary walk through alpine mist under Netrebko's breath. Each phrase steps further from home, the orchestra a distant avalanche. The tension between leaving and longing hangs like snow on a branch.
