About This Song
About "Gloria, RV 589 : Vivaldi: Gloria, RV 589: V. Propter magnam gloriam tuam" by Choir Of King's College, Cambridge
A short, blazing affirmation, 'Propter magnam gloriam' is Vivaldi at his most architectural—stacked chords rising like a baroque facade. The choir's unanimity feels almost defiant, glory declared not whispered. Splendor with a backbone of steel.
