About This Song
About "Communicate" by Alternative TV
'Communicate' crackles with the static of failed transmission. Alternative TV channel punk's confrontational energy into a jittery, stop-start rhythm, like a radio signal cutting in and out. The emotional pull is between the desire to connect and the fear of being heard—calm surface, uneasy undertow.
