About "Rock Away Your Teardrops" by Smokie
Smokie’s melodic rock swings with a consoling swagger, as if wiping away tears with a leather-jacketed sleeve. The title’s promise of rocking away sorrow becomes a kinetic, guitar-driven release—bright riffs masking a tender core. It’s the sound of heartache being danced into submission under neon lights.
