About This Song
About "Talking to Horses" by Carter Burwell
A sparse, haunting instrumental that feels like a whispered conversation across a canyon. Burwell's strings evoke the lonely intimacy between a girl and her horse, a bond forged in silence and trust. The music is a wide-open landscape, beautiful and quietly devastating.
