About This Song
About "Total Switch Off" by Alternative TV
A flick of the switch and the lights go out—'Total Switch Off' is a surrender to static. The music hums with a detached, almost mechanical calm, while the vocals drift into numbness. It's the sound of pulling the plug on everything, and feeling nothing but relief.
