About "The Harry Lime Theme (From "The Third Man")" by Anton Karas
Anton Karas's zither theme for 'The Third Man' is a study in deceptive charm: a jaunty, plucked melody that circles like a shadow in a Vienna sewer. The calm of the café scene is undercut by unease, the tune a cheerful mask over moral rot.
