About "Mozart: Fantasia for Piano in D Minor, K. 397" by Alexander Lonquich
Lonquich teases the silence before a storm—a lone piano tracing Mozart's D-minor fantasia. The calm of the opening gives way to restless chromatic currents, each phrase a question left hanging. It's elegance on edge, where classical restraint meets a quiet, unsettled pulse.
