About This Song
About "Help Me Remember" by Smokie
A plaintive, slow-burning ballad that pleads for memory's mercy. Smokie strips back the gloss for a moment of vulnerability, the vocal trembling between hope and resignation. It's the sound of reaching for a fading photograph in the dark.
