About "Artillerie lourde" by Boulou Ferre
Heavy artillery becomes light-fingered fretwork: Ferré's guitar lobs chords like distant shellfire, each run a controlled detonation. Beneath the virtuosic calm, a martial tension rumbles—precision picking as both weapon and meditation, the battlefield reduced to six strings and a swinging pulse.
