About This Song
About "Manon / Act 1 : Massenet: Manon / Act 1: Je suis encore tout étourdie" by Beverly Sills
Massenet's Manon enters with 'Je suis encore tout étourdie,' a girl's breathless wonder rendered by Sills with feather-light charm. The aria skips like a stone across a sunlit pond—innocent, impulsive, already rippling with the promise of trouble. French elegance meets a quiet undercurrent of restlessness.
