About This Song
About "Mariama" by Pape & Cheikh
Pape & Cheikh weave bright, rippling guitars around a steady, swaying rhythm. Mariama is a love letter set to a Senegalese groove, its warmth and easy charm masking a deeper yearning. It's a dance of joy and gentle melancholy.
