About "Roddy McCorley" by Brian Houston
Houston's 'Roddy McCorley' is a rebel song with a heavy heart. The marching rhythm and defiant chorus carry the weight of martyrdom, but his weathered voice adds a layer of sorrow— a recognition that glory and grief are often the same tune, played at different tempos.
