About This Song
About "Zeke's Poem (I Am The One)" by Justice Smith As Ezekiel Figuero
A spoken-word poem over a sparse, ticking beat—each line a brick laid in a foundation of self-mythology. The calm delivery belies the fury underneath, a young man's declaration that he is the one, delivered with the stillness of a held breath before the drop.
