About This Song
About "A Cry in the Night" by Smokie
Smokie’s glam-tinged rock ballad casts a lone howl against midnight’s velvet curtain. A cry becomes a beacon of restless longing, its polished guitar lines shimmering like wet asphalt under streetlamps. The tension between slick production and raw desperation makes the night feel both sheltering and suffocating.
