About This Song
About "Copain Django" by Marcel Campion
'Copain Django' is a toast to the ghost of Reinhardt, raised in Campion's nimble fingers. The melody swaggers with café-table camaraderie, yet a wistful undercurrent lingers—like laughter echoing in an empty ballroom. Manouche swing at its most affectionate, shadowed by reverence.
