About "Rachmaninov: Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom, Op. 31: XIX. Cry the Name of the Lord" by Choir Of King's College, Cambridge
The name is cried not shouted, a single thread pulled taut through the liturgy's fabric. Rachmaninov sets the invocation in luminous, rising chords that feel like dawn breaking through stained glass. Stillness and insistence locked in a holy embrace.
