About "Rachmaninov: Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom, Op. 31: XVIII. (b) Small Ektenya" by Choir Of King's College, Cambridge
A low, collective plea rises like incense in a stone nave—Rachmaninov's Small Ektenya is all hushed urgency. The King's College choir suspends each syllable in air, calm surface over a deep, trembling faith. Breath becomes architecture.
