About "Concerto for 2 Oboes in D Minor, RV 535 (Ed. Hogwood) : Vivaldi: Concerto for 2 Oboes in D Minor, RV 535 (Ed. Hogwood): II. Largo" by Celia Nicklin
Vivaldi's Largo unfurls like mist over a Venetian canal at dawn, two oboes trading sighs across a hushed continuo. The D-minor gravity feels suspended, almost weightless—a melancholy so refined it becomes a kind of peace. Celia Nicklin draws out the line with exquisite restraint, letting silence do half the work.
