About This Song
About "Takemitsu: Voice (1971)" by Aurèle Nicolet
Takemitsu's Voice (1971) is a solitary meditation, Nicolet's flute breathing in fragile, extended lines. The piece hovers between silence and sound, each gesture a brushstroke on empty air. There's an exquisite unease—beauty that feels borrowed from a dream, where every note might dissolve into the void.
