About "I Get A Kick Out Of You (Take 7 / Master Take)" by Charlie Parker
Cole Porter’s ode to infatuation gets a bebop makeover. Parker’s take is wry and kinetic, the saxophone laughing at love’s absurdities. The master take sparkles with wit, a knowing wink amid the flurry of notes.
