About This Song
About "Ireland: Ex ore innocentium" by Boys Of King's College Choir, Cambridge
Ireland's Ex ore innocentium draws its title from the mouths of children, and these trebles embody that paradox: purity edged with hard-won wisdom. The music glows like a candle guttering in a draft, its innocence not naive but tested by the dark surrounding it.
