About "Wishart: Alleluya, a New Work Is Come on Hand" by Choir Of King's College, Cambridge
Wishart's 'Alleluya' rings like a bell struck in a frosty morning, its medieval plainchant roots glowing through modern harmonization. The new work 'come on hand' feels like a craftsman's offering—rough-hewn, sincere. Listen for the alleluia that blooms unexpectedly, a sudden crocus in the liturgical snow.
