About "Eccard: When to the Temple" by Choir Of King's College, Cambridge
Eccardâs motet paints the temple scene with restrained polyphony. The choir moves like a slow procession, each voice a quiet footstep. Thereâs a tension between ritual stillness and human longing, a sacred hush that feels both ancient and immediate.
