About "Victoria: Motecta: No. 15, Ascendens Christus in altum" by Choir Of King's College, Cambridge
Victoria's Ascendens Christus rises in slow, golden tiers, voices climbing like smoke toward a vaulted heaven. The motet's counterpoint feels both triumphant and fragile, as if the ascent itself might shatter—a glory held in trembling hands.
