About This Song
About "Schubert: Gebet, Op. Posth. 139 No. 1, D. 815: Kann es sich mild gestalten" by Choir Of King's College, Cambridge
A plea for gentle shaping, this passage floats on Schubert's most tender harmonic currents. The choir softens into a collective whisper, as if molding clay with breath alone. The tension lies in the ask itself—surrender as a form of trust.
